Meet Savannah Shannon, PA-C, MMSc, Physician Assistant

We sat down with the newest ENTOne team member to introduce Savannah to our fantastic patients.

Question: How did you become interested in healthcare?

Savannah: I have always known I wanted a healthcare career. Science and medicine have been passions of mine for as long as I can remember, and becoming a PA has allowed me to make a meaningful impact in my patients’ lives.

A personal experience as an ENT patient inspired me to enter this field. I’m committed to creating that same positive impact for my patients through strong rapport, medical management, and hands-on procedures.

Before joining the ENT world, I worked in adult Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. Having this background gives me a unique perspective on ENT conditions and potentially associated comorbidities.

Question: Can you give an example of the proactive approach you encourage patients to take?

Savannah: I seek to keep each patient’s individual goals and overall health at the center of our conversation. I want my patients to continue pursuing the things they enjoy while simultaneously prioritizing their health through a proactive, rather than reactive, approach whenever possible.

For example, if we can optimize the nose and sinuses with a maintenance regimen, such as nasal irrigation and various nasal sprays, then I may be able to prevent the severity or even the occurrence of sinus infections, rather than waiting to start therapies until someone is sick.

Question: What do you enjoy most about ENTOne?

Savannah: I enjoy the office culture and patients at ENTOne. Building relationships is what I enjoy most in life, so I invest myself in the people I surround myself with.

The ENTOne Difference

Introducing ENTOne, an otolaryngology practice located in Littleton, Colorado. We launched our new practice in January 2022, immediately after we began a major renovation project to modernize our office space. Remodeling was completed in the fall of 2022. Clean, bright and modern finishes in an inviting open space make for a great patient experience.

Certainly what hasn’t changed is our commitment to excellent patient care. Providing ENT care in the Littleton community for over 15 years has been a privilege. Listening to you to improve your health is where we start. Our approach to patient care is collaborative and effective. We find many ENT problems can be treated with medications, avoiding surgery.

Who We Are

Firstly, our 3 doctors of audiology as well as our entire team are all top notch. Significantly we compliment our care by collaborating with other medical professionals. Working efficiently with other medical doctors like allergists, sleep medicine physicians, and primary care providers delivers the right care for you. If your particular issues require a different course of care we know who to recommend. Consequently our collaborations include:

A medical nutrition MD working right in our offices (optin4health.com).
We work closely with wellness group called KEE Wellness (www.keewellness.com).
Importantly we are part of a larger surgical practice called SurgOne (www.surgone.com).

How We Work

ENTOne utilizes the latest technologies and best practices in our treatments. Patient care often starts with a telemedicine visit. Often we perform procedures in the office to avoid general anesthesia…sometimes as frequently the same day as your appointment. When procedures are performed we use the most minimally invasive options. When it comes to your hearing our hearing aid technology is the best in the industry, and insurance usually helps with the cost.
