Jordan, PA-C, is probably the nicest, kindest, and most knowledgeable medical professional. I have seen Jordan through the years for various ear infections, sinus issues, and now snoring concerns. As someone who has a deep fear of ENT offices (due to continual ear infections as a kid), I am so comforted by her. She is absolutely outstanding! I really wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I’ve always had issues with congestion/difficulty breathing, HORRIBLE, nightmare-fuel, recurrent sinus infections, sinus pressure, which leads to ear issues, as well as large tonsils. I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Taylor at ENTOne! Dr. Taylor has helped give me my life back! From my very first visit, he took the time to get to know me and my story; I never once felt rushed or like I was just another number. I saw Kristen Gebing, (an audiologist) both recently and in the past. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in many ways. She technically programs and modifies a variety of hearing aids while working with the patient’s input. She also provides resources and ideas for how the communication partner can respond to a person with hearing difficulties… and she does so with care and a smile. November 2025

I have rarely experienced such caring, professional, and friendly help from a doctor and his entire staff. I met Dr. Taylor after months of trying to understand why my sore throat would not go away. In my first appointment with Dr. Taylor, he took all the time needed to hear my whole story and set me on a pathway that has led to an improvement in my health that I never would have expected. Not only did he treat me well, but he also treated his own staff (the nurse present at that appointment) as fellow professionals, working through and dialoguing about the best way to take care of me. Clearly, an exceptionally experienced and qualified professional, Dr. Taylor takes joy in helping people. I just met with Dr. Jeff Chain this morning. Highly impressed! Dr. Chain was personable and patient centered. His evaluation of my issue and condition was thorough! He clearly loves what he does. My ear piercings had grown uneven over 45 years of various earrings. Dr. Chain recommended I try repiercing with Blomdahl Medical grade piercing. My new earrings are now higher and even. I love my new bling. Thank you. So easy. Painless and no major cleaning treatment. In a few weeks I’ll be able to wear my own earrings. December 2024
