Dr. Jeff Chain

Jeff Chain M.D.

I have lived in Colorado since 2003 after my wife and I got married and drove here to begin my Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of Colorado Hospital in Denver. I grew up in northeastern Ohio as a Cleveland Browns’ fan. Therefore, despite my true love of Denver and the fact that all 3 of my children were born here and my parents live here, my heart is quite loyal to all things Ohio (especially when it comes to football). Those 1987 and 1988 AFC Championship games dug a hole in my heart that made it impossible for me to fully embrace Broncos Country. Fortunately, my favorite sport is baseball, and my favorite team is the Colorado Rockies. I also enjoy skiing, playing tennis, smoking brisket, and coaching my kids’ youth sports teams.

I have been practicing otolaryngology in Littleton since 2008 when I joined Comprehensive ENT. During my time in private practice, I have affirmed my decision to follow the path of the practice of medicine. At my core, I am a listener. I enjoy sitting with patients and getting to know them during the time we have together at an office visit. Despite the strains modern medical practice places on healthcare professionals, I work hard to establish the core of what makes good medical care, great. I hope to provide excellent care to you. Through my years in private practice medicine, I have developed a passion for whole person wellness. The interconnectedness of health and wellness is fascinating and I enjoy having collaborative support with other healthcare professionals.

I thoroughly enjoy the unique opportunities the exciting field of otolaryngology affords. I am able to blend that authentic relationship with the patient with delivery of specialized technological procedures to enhance a person’s wellness. The sensory organs involving the ears, nose, and throat are such an integral part of what makes us human. I have realized the importance of collaboration and teamwork that whole person wellness requires.  This journey has led me to starting ENT One in January of 2022.

I graduated with honors from Miami University in Oxford, OH. I went on to graduate medical school from the University of Toledo. There, I was selected into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. Next, I completed my residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, receiving honors as administrative chief resident and for teaching medical students.
